We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve InvestorRoll. We do not sell your data or your investors' data to third parties. Sensitive fields (TIN/EIN, wire instructions) are encrypted at rest.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest for sensitive fields, encrypted connections (TLS), and role-based access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
